Returns & Shipping Policies
If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, we offer refunds within 14 days of the purchase date. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The product total will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. Credit card refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to show up on your credit card statement.
After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks to ensure it fits your needs.
If the product arrives damaged, contact us to get a replacement or refund. We will require a photo of the shipping materials and damaged product in order to proceed.

- All orders are processed within 3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-12 business days depending on location within the United States. Nationwide and global shipping delays may impact your estimated delivery date.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking progress to populate.
- Rogue Apothecary is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.)
